The company mainly relies on the scientific research team of the Energy and Chemical Industry Technology Research Institute of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, which mainly conducts applied basic research and technical engineering research around typical solid carbon resources represented by magnesium ore, coal, Oil shale, oil sand, waste rubber (tires), industrial/agricultural/urban biomass waste, etc. At present, the company has advanced key technologies such as two-stage gasification of low rank coal without tar fluidized bed, flash light burning of magnesite powder in transport bed, direct combustion and utilization of hot gas, matching and recycling of waste heat in the whole process, and closed operation in the whole process. The project plans to adopt the "fluidized two-stage gasification" coal to gas technology jointly developed by the Process engineering Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Energy and Chemical Industry Technology Research Institute of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology and the "Magnesite transport bed flash calcination" light burning magnesium oxide preparation technology.


The new process of "Magnesite conveying bed flash calcination" directly deals with fine powder raw materials. The light calcination reaction time is reduced from several hours to several seconds. The processing capacity of a single unit is hundreds of times higher, and effectively avoids the reduction of the activity of raw magnesium oxide products due to over burning; The entire production process of raw material magnesium oxide implements thermal energy cascade recycling. The energy consumption of light burned magnesium oxide per ton product can be reduced from 257 kg of standard coal in traditional "reverberators" to 185-200 kg of standard coal, and the energy utilization efficiency can be increased from 33% to over 57%. The production cost can be reduced by about 30%; Adopting a fully enclosed conveyor bed for continuous calcination to replace the open manual intermittent operation of the "reverberatory furnace", solves the problems of high smoke and dust pollution, harsh working environment, and high work intensity during the light burning process.


Liaoning Longmagnesium Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Pailou Town, a magnesium oxide new material industry base in Haicheng, Liaoning. It is constructing a new generation production technology demonstration factory project for magnesium oxide materials. The total investment of the project is 230 million yuan, covering an area of 100000 m2. A new light burning furnace, 100000 tons of light burning magnesia powder and 100000 tons of desulfurization powder will be built, so as to realize the comprehensive utilization of abandoned and low-grade Magnesite.


The production facilities of this project mainly include the flotation section, including crushing workshop, ball milling workshop, flotation workshop, and concentration workshop; The calcination section includes a light calcination furnace and supporting gasifiers, a pressure ball workshop, and a high-purity workshop (including 2 high-purity vertical kilns); Public parts, including raw ore warehouse, finished product warehouse, substation, etc.
